Rachel Sarah, aka Single Mom Seeking, is an award-winning journalist and the author of the dating memoir Single Mom Seeking.

Rachel attended Reed College, but left to work as a reporter at age 20. After working for two newspapers in Connecticut, she moved to Prague and wrote for the Prague Post. In her mid-20s, she went back to school to earn her degree in journalism. Rachel was working as a researcher at Time, Inc. when she became a mother. In October ’09, Rachel was a featured speaker at BlogWorld Conference in Las Vegas, "to get a close look inside the minds of mom bloggers." Rachel has also co-launched a site for parents with psychologist Dr. Leah Klungness and author of the best-selling self-help book for single parents: The Complete Single Mother. Their site, Singlemommyhood is quickly becoming a social influencer.
